Use Star Wars Party Supplies for a Space Age Party

Do you have little Jedi fans around you and want to surprise them with a Star Wars birthday party? Check out these Star Wars party supplies and get ready for action!

Star Wars parties are great for boys ages 4-10 and it would great if you could turn your living room into “space” by hanging black sheets all over the walls and ceiling. Add glowing stars and planets on them so when the lights turn off, the kids will see the stars and planets.

Star Wars Party Supplies

If turning your whole room into space is a bit too much there are many other ways to create a great Star Wars party. The best colors for the theme party are blue, orange and green, especially for balloons and streamers.

Star Wars party supplies include themed table covers, dessert plates, napkins, cups basically anything that can bring the fantasy alive in your house. Make a themed “Happy birthday” banner for the guest of honor and also add some colored hanging danglers as well.

Party Invitations

Get creative and make Jedi party invitations using card stock or construction paper. You need to fold the sheet in half like a card and fold both pieces in half to get four cards. Add any interesting Jedi-themed cutouts, stickers and more. Don’t forget to add a note with the name, date and the party location.

Have some fun by adding something like “You’re invited to an “out of this world” Star Wars party” or “Come to the best meeting point in the galaxy”.

Also, print out some pictures of Luke Skywalker and Yoda and paste them on the front of the invitations. You may also add some funny speech bubbles, where Luke may say “Master Yoda, what must I do?” and Yoda replies: “To (child’s name) Star Wars birthday party, go you must. And get me a soda!”

Star Wars Cake Ideas

Star Wars Cake Topper

Star Wars has been around for decades and little boys would love a themed birthday cake. How about making an entire C-3P0 cake? Make the golden droid from Star Wars be the central piece of your cake. Making the robot is easy and you just need some white, blue and black trim, buttons and gadgets.
Darth Vader is also a good choice for the Star Wars birthday cake. He is all black and all you need to do is add some 3-D elements on top of the cake. Add some glitter to make it look shiny or some frostings.

Star Wars Party Games

The younger kids will love to test their coloring skills on some Star Wars printables and coloring pages. Older ones may love a round of Star Wars trivia with prizes for the best dressed fan.

Goodie bags! Add some space stickers, light sabers and lots of assorted candies. Place the Star Wars goodies inside cellophane bags and tie them with blue or green ribbon. The kids will love them and will remember the party for a long time.

Other Star Wars party supplies include themed centerpieces, confetti scattered on the table, blowouts, hats and goodie bags. All of these, plus the piñatas, candies and cake toppers will add the final magical touch to the party.
